Five minutes of prep that makes your appointment go faster and smoother.

Mobile detailing comes to you, but a little prep makes a big difference. Here's what to do before we arrive.

1. Make sure we have water and power

We need an outdoor water spigot (hose bib) near the vehicle and a standard electrical outlet within about 50 feet. We bring the equipment and products. If you're not sure your spot works, text us a photo before you book.

2. Pick a good spot to park

  • A driveway or garage with room to open every door and walk around the car.
  • Shade helps on hot days, so products don't dry too fast on the paint.
  • At work or an apartment, make sure you're allowed to have the car detailed there.

3. Take out personal items

Remove valuables, papers, car seats you don't want cleaned, and anything in the trunk. It lets us reach every surface and saves time.

4. Tell us about problem spots

Mention stains, smells, pet hair or anything you're worried about in the booking notes, so we can plan for it.

5. Leave access

You don't need to stay home. Leave the car unlocked or hand us the keys, and we'll text you when we're done. At the end we walk around the car with you (or send photos).
